Gift certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased through the spa. Valid for 3 months and transferable but are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash. Valid for one-time use only. Gift certificates must be mentioned when booking your appointment.
Magic Journey Spa and all its practitioners will not tolerate any sexual solicitation. your session will end and you will be removed from the facility immediately with no refund.

In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment
Group appointments, require 48-hour advance notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services.
No Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount of their service for their “missed” appointment.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly.
